DEDIGN AND BUILD

We provide a full design and build service through direct collaboration and responsibility of the entire design team promoting cost savings and efficiency throughout the design and construction stages. Strict compliance and monitoring on budget and time at every stage of the project to ensure client expectations are not compromised. SMALL WORK DIVISION

Our small works projects division ensures that these projects receive the same level of dedication, quality and attention as our larger contracts. We have a direct labour force plus a trusted supply chain of small subcontractors who ensure all works are carried out to the Bika Construction expectations and standards.

CONSTRUCTION

Our hands on partnering approach from pre-construction to final finished product along with after sales care is our company objective to exceed client and professional consultants expectations. Whether it’s a new build or refurbishment project, from demolition to basement formation and fit out, we thrive to deliver high quality clean construction. The past projects experience demonstrates the calibre of projects undertaken and experience.

MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL

We hold a vast amount of knowledge and experience of MEP installations on high end properties & Apartment New Builds & Office to redidential Conversion projects. We can advise clients on costs, design detail with interiors and taking the entire MEP package from conception to completion. We also have inhouse plumbing and electrical capacity.
